Sound & Energy Healing
Isla works with a unique blend of sound healing and hands on energy healing. She will work with your energy field to identify and blockages or damage and use energy healing an/sound healing to clear and repair it. Her energy healing is hands on or hands off depending on your comfort, and her sound healing techniques have you both working with singing bowls both on and off the body, tuning forks, bells, chimes and rain stick
Tarot/oracle + Readings
Isla brings you guidance directly from the universe using tarot, oracle, charms, runes, coins, dice etc. depending on what she is called to use, all readings include tarot and/or oracle cards that are supported and clarified using one of her many other divination methods. This can be done online via recorded video or in person at the Tranquil Tones Studio in Rockingham.
Etheric Limb Activation & Balancing
do you identify as a star seed? Many higher dimensional beings are reborn on Earth for a multitude of reasons. While here their energetic bodies often come with them and over lap the 3D body. During this activation and balancing Isla wakes these limbs from their dormant state and reincorporates them into the body, during this session she brings all the chakras from the 3D body AND the Etheric limbs into harmony and reminds them how to work together again. Having these limbs realigned will open up the full power of your gifts and bring back energetic and emotional balance to the body. If you experience consistent pain or discomfort in certain areas of your body, have a dificult time regulating your nervous system, regular energy healings don’t quite cut it, then this method may be for you
Body Double Sessions
‘Body doubling’ is a phrase used in neurodivergent circles to describe having another person present with you to entice you to complete tasks and stay on track. These body double sessions can be done in person or online, you will meet with Isla explain what you are hoping to achieve that session and organise check in times, this allows you to stay on task, be held accountable and have another person to bounce ideas off of, resulting in a highly productive session.
Life Alignment & Spiritual Coaching
